Thanks to the efforts of founding congregations, physicians, administrators and staff, we have been able to develop into a modern and contemporary organisation. It goes without saying that good governance is one of the necessary conditions to arrive at decisions in a correct and supported manner in an organisation of this size.

Our primary goal with the 'good governance charter' is to enhance transparency regarding the array of rules, guidelines and practices that define how our organization is led, managed and monitored. At the same time, this charter seeks to provide insight into our relationships with diverse stakeholders and how we establish strategic or operational objectives. In doing so, we always keep our core values and our social mission in mind, in particular the provision of high-quality patient care.
