Scharnier

Scharnier vzw is the link - hinge - between the dialysis team, the kidney patient (haemodialysis patients, peritoneal kidney patients and transplant recipients alike) and the family/neighbourhood. Of course, the dialysis department remains the home port for patients where they can always go, with or without the family.

By organising all kinds of activities, Vzw Scharnier hopes to support and strengthen the solidarity between kidney patients, family members and the dialysis team.
