Maria Middelares General Hospital appears in two Newsweek rankings

Newsweek, the prestigious US news magazine, published its hospital rankings for 2024. Our hospital:

• Ranked eight in the World’s Best Hospitals - Belgium: a list of the best hospitals in Belgium.
• Ranked 235th in the World’s Best Smart Hospitals: a list of hospitals worldwide that make the best use of the most advanced technology. This makes Maria Middelares General Hospital the highest ranked non-university hospital in Belgium on the list.

Although we have to interpret these figures with some caution, we are pleased with this wonderful result.
