Flemish Government recognises E17 Hospital Network

The Flemish government decided on 11 May 2020 to recognise the E17 Hospital Network as a regional clinical hospital network. The seven partners of the E17 Hospital Network are very gratified that their years-long cooperation has now received further official recognition.

Since its establishment in 2015, the network structure has steadily taken shape, with the appointment of our independent Chairman Eric Van Zele and the launch of various committees and working groups. In 2019, we established the E17 Hospital Network as a non-profit organisation.

We are characterised by our professional management culture, clear agreements and concrete achievements. Together, we work on the needs and experiences of patients and on guaranteeing that patients are provided with care close to home as well as access to top clinical care. We always focus on quality, the well-being of our physicians and other employees, innovation and efficiency.
