Our hospital is Top Employer 2023

On Friday 20 October, we received news from the Top Employers Institute that Maria Middelares General Hospital may call itself Top Employer 2023 . The certificate is an international recognition of our ongoing commitment to being an excellent employer.

To achieve this title, the hospital took part in a survey, accompanied by screening and an audit. Key themes included training, onboarding, organisational culture, leadership strategy, working environment, diversity and inclusion, and internal communication.
