Planned works for Ghent-Brugges bridge impact access to Maria Middelares Medical Centre

UPDATE 16/1: following a court ruling, the planned works for the Ghent-Brugges bridge have been postponed indefinitely. The bridge is once more accessible for all forms of transport.
