Visit the virtual hospital operating facilities

At www.virtueelziekenhuis.be you may choose whether you will would like a virtual hospital tour as a visitor or as a patient. There are three paths for patients: a short presentation of the emergency room, an extensive tour for future parents, and an extensive tour for patients who have an operation scheduled (the most recently added tour). They are able to see the pre-operative ward, the operating facilities, and the post-operative recovery ward. There are also images of the individual and double rooms.

Experience the full virtual tour using Google cardboard glasses: visitors can enter and see spaces in 360° surround images, as well as walk from one space to another using visual navigation buttons. The virtual tour is narrated and comes complete with explanations provided by several physicians and other staff members. Additional information is available in the form of pop-ups.
