You can schedule an appointment on the various sites. Always check your appointment confirmation carefully to see at which location you have your appointment.

Would you like an appointment for one of the following locations? First, log on to the e-kiosk with your electronic identity card e-ID.

• Ghent - Maria Middelares General Hospital
• St Vincent General Hospital in Deinze
• Ghent-Bruges - Maria Middelares Medical Centre

Outpatients clinic appointment? Report to the secretariat.

• GP referral letter (if applicable)
• Any previous reports or results of tests or blood analysis
• Medication sheet: list all the medication you currently take, including the drug name and the daily dose. You can use the form below for this. Feel free to take a photo of the packaging with your phone.

The surgeon may decide that more extensive examinations are necessary. This will be discussed with you during the consultations. For your comfort, we will try to group various examinations during one consultation. You can make the arrangements for these tests at the secretariat.

For consultations at Maria Middelares General Hospital, St Vincent General Hospital in Deinze and the Medical Centre in Ghent-Bruges, you will receive an invoice from the hospital.

Usually one to two months after your appointment.
