Treatment

Bed rest is recommended for the first few days, together with treatment for nausea. When the nausea subsides, try to move as much as possible to aid recovery. In addition, your physician may prescribe rehabilitation exercises for the balance organ you can do at home. After recovery, you may not drive a vehicle since you might continue to feel dizzy with rapid head movements.
