Diagnosis and treatment
The dermatologists examine all lesions very thoroughly. Depending on the condition, additional examinations such as flake analysis, blood tests, skin biopsy follow. Thanks to dermoscopic examination, the structure of the skin can be examined in more detail. Based on the clinical picture and these results, the dermatologists make a diagnosis, which they discuss with you.

Some of the offerings- With eczema , certain tests are sometimes necessary. In case of allergy, we give practical info and a list of products to avoid.
- In case of a modifying lesion, in addition to a detailed inspection, we perform a dermoscopy. If necessary, we cut away the lesion, or do laser treatment.
- Acne can be very disturbing and require treatment. The dermatologists tackle this together with a team of nurses. During the consultation, a skin care specialist is also available to patients to properly remove blackheads.
- Psoriasis and vitiligo are well-known skin conditions. These skin diseases are usually obvious. If indicated, we can offer UVB/PUVA (light) therapy (or general therapy with medication) in addition to topical treatment.
- We remedy a nasty ingrown nail in a relatively simple way via a special technique. For this, we have special expertise in our team.
- For skin cancer treatment, the skin doctors regularly participate in multidisciplinary oncology meetings (MOC) at the hospital, where they can consult with other disciplines.
