In addition to the treatment described below, we also offer patient guidance and education. This includes the following programmes:

• Fall prevention
• Cognufit: a programme for patients with memory issues and their informal carer(s).
• Dementia: care for the caregiver: focused on informal carers who look after someone who has dementia, either inside or outside the home.
