Nutritional advice

To prepare you for going home, we will give you, in addition to the leaflets and brochures that you received during your hospital stay, nutritional advice for the baby.

Extra support at home

Everyone is entitled to extra support at home. After consulting with you, the midwife on the Maternity Unit will contact the midwife at home. She will also give you the required contact details for this aftercare service.

Finally, you will receive your discharge letter for the health visitor to ensure continuity of care for you and your baby.
