External liaison

Through the external liaison, we strive to maintain the best possible contact with the care providers and institutions and facilities outside the hospital that you may need to rely on. Our aim is to optimise continuity of care before and after the patient’s hospitalisation.

Based on the elderly patient’s individual care needs, we have mutual consultations with regional GPs, residential care centres, centres of expertise (e.g. Paradox, EVV), home care services, and others
