Our physicians hold consultations at various locations.
You can schedule an appointment on the various sites. Always check your appointment confirmation carefully to see at which location you have your appointment.
Would you like an appointment for one of the following locations? Make sure that you first register at the e-kiosk using your electronic identity card (e-ID):
- Ghent - Maria Middelares General Hospital
- Ghent-Bruges Medical Centre
- St Vincent General Hospital in Deinze
What you need to bring
- identity card
- GP referral letter (if applicable)
- Medication sheet: list all the medication you currently take, including the drug name and the daily dose. You can use the form below to do so. Feel free to take a photo of the packaging with your phone.

Hospital admissionIf, after the consultation and any further examinations, it appears that a hospital admission is necessary, a suitable schedule will be drawn up together with the secretarial assistant.
Payments
PaymentsThe hospital invoices are usually sent out one to two months after your appointment.

Scharnier, which is affiliated with our Dialysis Department is a patient association by and for kidney patients.

Flemish Association of Nephrology Dietitians
The Flemish Nephrological Dietitians working group consists of enthusiastic dietitians from several dialysis centres in Flanders. Together, they draw up uniform and correct nutritional recommendations for kidney patients.
