Consultation
ConsultationPlease check in before proceeding to the Rheumatology Department:
- Maria Middelares General Hospital: use your identity card to check in at the e-kiosk
- Medical centre in Ghent-Bruges: register at the e-kiosk with your identity card
- Ghent Outpatients Clinic: check in at the general secretariat on the ground floor
What to bring:
- identity card
- GP referral letter (if applicable)
- medication sheet: list all the medication you currently take, including the drug name and the daily dose. You may use the form below for this. Feel free to take a photo of the packaging with your phone.
Bereid je afspraak goed voor
Kijk na welke voorschriften / attesten je nodig hebt (bv. voor kinesitherapie of terugbetaling medicatie, werkonbekwaamheid, vertrouwelijke attesten mutualiteit ...) zodat je er kan naar vragen tijdens je afspraak.

Voor raadplegingen ontvang je een factuur van het ziekenhuis. Meestal is dat een tot twee maanden na je afspraak. Lees hier meer over deze factuur.
