- Tighten your abdominal and buttock muscles
- Good posture is also partly determined by environmental factors (height of the work surface, office design, storage, workspace, etcetera.)
- Ironing board height: keep your elbows at an 90° angle, then position the ironing board ten centimetres lower than your wrists.
