Manual Therapy
Using the clinical examination, we detect segmental function disorders of joints that are the cause of the pain symptoms. We most frequently see this at the level of the spine, resulting in movement limitations.
Thanks to manual therapy, the movement limitation can be eliminated. This can be done using a manipulation (a fast, short movement) or a mobilisation (a slow, short movement).
To obtain long-lasting results from manual therapy, it should always be followed by a causal approach. This may include ergonomics or posture-correcting and stabilising exercise therapy.
