Muscle tests

• Biodex (isokinetic strength test)

• Redcord (stability test of the spinal column)

We use the redcord system to create a picture of the functional status of core stability using standardised testing. We use unstable cords and your own joint. This allows us to isolate specific weak muscle groups from the muscle corset and to prepare a rehabilitation plan. The redcord system can also be used with other testing during rehabilitation.
