Register for a consultation
Don't forget your eID
Always bring your electronic identity card (eID) with you and have it read in the card reader at every appointment in our hospital. If your electronic identity card is not read, you have to pay the hospital bill entirely yourself, without the intervention of your mandatory health insurance.
Don't have a (valid) eID? Then bring another valid identification document.
You always need to register for a consultation. You can do this quickly and easily with your electronic identity card (eID) at one of the e-kiosks in the entrance hall. Read below about how to do that.
How does the e-kiosk work?
- Insert your electronic ID card into the e-kiosk.
- Your personal information will appear for you to review. If these details are not correct, please report this to the reception desk.
- After you confirm your details, your appointment will appear on the screen and labels will be printed.
- Collect your labels and follow the route number printed on them to your appointment waiting room or reception.
When can you not use the e-kiosk?
- Do not use the e-kiosk for your very first visit to St Vincent General Hospital in Deinze. Please register at the reception desk first.
- In case of a work-related accident: first, report to the reception desk for this.
- For an overnight admission.
- For day hospital admission.
Questions or issues?
Please speak to one of our volunteers. The reception staff will also be happy to assist you.
