Physicians’ insurance

The hospital is centrally responsible for ensuring that patient rights are respected by staff and professionals working in the hospital. Under central liability, the hospital can be sued for the shortcomings of professionals working in the hospital, regardless of whether or not that person performs services on an independent basis.
