Hospitalisation insurance

Before your admission, contact your insurance company or insurance broker or consult your policy if you have questions about the coverage (regarding room category and physician services) provided by your hospitalisation insurance.

See below for a brief overview:

  • The health insurance will be automatically contacted for coverage.
  • If you also have a supplemental insurance policy, it will offer additional intervention:
    • Is your supplemental insurance DKV, IPA, AXA, AG insurance or is it an insurance that falls under assurcard?
Please let the reception staff know. This is necessary in order to correctly process the invoice in the third-payer system. That means that you, as a patient, will only pay the co-payment.
    • Is your supplemental insurance through a broker or health insurance company? Please contact them.
  • Is it CZ, Achmea, DSW, Stad Holland or inTwente?
Please let the reception staff know. This is necessary in order to correctly process the invoice in the third-payer system.
  • Is it a different insurance?
Ask your insurance for a S2 document. Bring that document to the reception staff.

Ask your insurance for a S2 document. Bring that document to the reception staff. We can take of invoicing your insurer.

Do you work for the European Union? Please provide us with a document that outlines the coverage agreement for a specific admission.
