First aid for comforting
With our information evenings First Aid for Comforting we want to support (future) parents and grandparents in the special but sometimes challenging first months with a baby. You get practical tools to better (re)discover the needs of babies (up to three months) and to master various comforting techniques. We also pay attention to self-care, so that as a new parent you don't lose sight of yourself.
Each info session consists of two evenings in which we combine theory and practice to help you deal more confidently with crying behaviour and care for your baby and yourself.
Why are we organising this?
Why are we organising this?We find that parents and grandparents often have questions about crying behaviour and how best to comfort their baby. In addition, as a new parent it is a challenge to pay enough attention to yourself. During these evenings, we not only provide insights and techniques, but also the necessary support.
