External reporting?

We request that breaches be reported internally first through the channels mentioned above, so that we can conduct an investigation as quickly as possible and take appropriate measures if necessary. There is also the possibility of making a report externally via the federal ombudsman acting as federal coordinator or via the competent authorities designated by RD (RD of 22/01/2023 - BS 31/01/2023), such as, among others, the Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAGG), the Federal Agency for Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC), the Data Protection Authority (GBA) and the Belgian Competition Authority (BMA).
